The equipment of our workshop includes embossing dies on which different standardized gaskets can be stamped.

The production of single gaskets is carried out on a coordinate machine.
PLASTICS MACHINING BY CHIPPING
With an experienced but also young team we offer Mitsubishi Chemicals products and services of the highest quality realized on state-of-the-art equipment.
Processing by chipping.
In our workshop we process finished parts made of simple plastics (PE; PP and PVC), high performance plastics (PA; POM; PET; PE-HMW; PE-UHMW) and advanced plastics (PBI; PAI; PEEK; PPS; PEI; PPSU; PTFE etc) on Haas milling and turning machines.
Cutting.
Plastic semi-finished products (bars, sheets) can be cut to the dimensions requested by the customer.
MAINTENANCE OF CONVEYOR BELTS
Maintaining, repairing and making conveyor belt joints by hot or cold vulcanizing and stapling
Cold plating of drums.
Cladding bunkers with ceramic tiles.
